Yes. Late arrivals after 9pm are managed without surcharge in the Premium Pack (€30 à la carte). For emergencies (leak, breakdown, locked door), we activate our local tradespeople network and intervene quickly, before the tenant leaves a bad review.
Do you also manage boats and properties with a pool?
Yes, it's a rare speciality. Thanks to our extensive nautical knowledge, we provide nautical management for boats and sailboats. We also manage pool, terrace and outdoor space maintenance.
